South Florida Family Pride (SFFP) is a volunteer based organization providing support, advocacy, and fun, for LGBT families in South Florida.
SFFP meets monthly at different venues throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
The organization welcomes LGBT families at all stages of parenting, including soon-to-be, wanna-be, single parents and those identifying as LGBT with children from previous marriages or relationships.

Welcome to the South Florida Family Pride Website. SFFP offers great opportunities to socialize, network, and relax with other families headed by LGBT parents. Here are a few TIPS TO GET YOU STARTED - PLEASE
1. REGISTER YOUR FAMILY ASAP (see registration on left menu).
2. CHECK the SFFP MESSAGE BOARDS and Calendar OFTEN to keep up with upcoming events and activities.
3. POST responses on the message boards... Respond to questions.. RSVP to events etc. so we know how many people are coming.
4. EMAIL Michael directly (
) if you have a MESSAGE that needs to GO OUT TO THE ENTIRE GROUP via Email!
5. FEEL FREE TO VOLUNTEER to help organize a picnic, parents' night out, holiday party, or other event.
6. REGISTER ON OUR YAHOO Group website - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Southfloridafamilypride - so you may receive emails directly from South Florida Family Pride about upcoming events, etc.

- 1ST SATURDAY OR SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH IS OUR USUAL TIME FOR A SCHEDULED FAMILY EVENT - esp. picnics in a park

- 3RD MONDAY OF EACH MONTH... BROWARD - Families Group Meeting at Sunserve in Fort Lauderdale 6:30-8:00 p.m.
